Our Story
JH Solutions & Consulting was founded in 2022 by two graduates of the University of Michigan School of Social Work after nearly seven years of experience in nonprofit management. Through their work in nonprofits and community-based organizations, they saw a need for evaluation and research that truly reflected community experiences, not just numbers on a report. They founded JH Solutions to combine equitable evaluation, participatory research, and data-informed decision-making so organizations could better understand their impact and make more informed program and policy decisions. Today, JH Solutions continues to focus on advancing equity and access, with a strong commitment to supporting nonprofits and communities across southeastern Michigan and beyond.

Meet the Team

Jaime Mancini, LLMSW
CO-OWNER
Jaime helps organizations solve for systems-level solutions through equity-driven and data informed strategy and problem solving. Her skill sets include facilitation and community engagement; qualitative and quantitative research, data collection, and data analysis; and designing equitable evaluation plans. Over the last 10 years, Jaime has worked in grants management, and community impact and evaluation throughout southeast Michigan. She is a proud alumna of Michigan State University and the University of Michigan School of Social Work. She and her family live in metro Detroit.

Hannah Cary, LLMSW
CO-OWNER
Hannah supports customization of your data story, ensuring it meaningfully includes and uplifts your communities. With expertise in data analysis and visualization, participatory evaluation, community engagement, and systems-level thinking, Hannah is energized when communities thrive. She has worked in federal and local grants management, non-profit management, and community impact and evaluation. She is a proud alumna of Appalachian State University and the University of Michigan School of Social Work. While originally from Connecticut, she is currently based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Sarangi Nair
INTERN | CONSULTANT
Sarangi supports client engagements through research, analysis, and project coordination, helping organizations turn information into actionable insights. She brings a people-centered approach to her work, believing the strongest solutions are grounded in evidence and lived experience. Previously, she has worked in business strategy, consulting leadership, and writing-focused roles, where she supported impact reporting, community-centered initiatives, and organizational communications. She has contributed to content development and resource-building efforts. She grew up and currently lies in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
